A 61 yrs old male from Nepal came to Jaypee Hospital Noida with Decompensated Chronic Liver Disease with pulmonary hypertension ascites infection in kidneys and lungs Doctors suggested him for a liver transplantation His daughter came forward to donate part of her liver Doctor Punit Singla Additional Director Department of Liver Transplant and Surgical Gastroenterology did the transplantation after controlling the complications in the ICU Both patient and donor have recovered well Patient is free from the problems he had in his other organs also He has gone back to home and back to his normal life
