Whipple's surgery or Pancreaticoduodenectomy cost in India for International Patients is between 7,500 to 8,500 USD (approx) with 8-9 days hospital stay in twin sharing room. A Whipple's procedure also known as Pancreaticoduodenectomy is a surgical procedure used to treat pancreatic cancer. It is major surgery that involves removing the head of the pancreas, the first part of the small intestine (the duodenum), the gall bladder and the bile duct. The remaining organs are then reconnected to allow a normal digestive process following surgery.
