A 32 yrs old male with morbid obesity was suffered from Acute on Chronic liver failure His billirubin level was very high He was treated as a combined effort of Advanced Gastroenterology Team AGI Team Ludhiana and Jaypee Hospital Team In addition he had renal failure poor heart functions and low saturation He also had bleeding in the wall of the abdomen He was also detected to have COVID at admission Multi disciplinary team took care of him and gradually he improved from all of his comorbidies and he Underwent living donor liver transplant Doctor Punit Singla Additional Director Department of Liver Transplant and Surgical Gastroenterology accepted this very high risk case and did the transplantation after proper counselling and consent of family His wife donated part of her liver She recovered fast and discharge from the hospital in 5 days Patient had a slow but steady recovery Currently both are doing absolutely fine and leading a normal life Patient has started driving car and is able to take care of his business
