Mohammed Al Razi from Bangladesh had diabetes for last 10 yrs Gradually his kidney failure He was started on dialysis in his country but despite regular dialysis his health was deteriorating and he came to Jaypee Hospital Noida with a plan for Kidney transplant On arrival in Hospital he was bound to Wheelchair and had severe malnutrition His overall health was very poor He also had liver related problems it was a challenge to take him straight away for kidney transplant The Nephrology team at Jaypee Hospital gave him good dialysis nutritional support and complete rehabilitation Gradually his health improved After stabilizing his condition the kidney transplant team in Jaypee Hospital did the surgery with donor having complex vascular anatomy within 3 days his Creatinine level become normal He was discharged on time with good health on a follow up visit to Jaypee Hospital after 10 months is having very good kidney functions and having very good health He is leading Happy life
