6 yrs Old Baby Elaf Ahmed from Iraq was suffering from repetitive series of strokes and weakness on one side of the body On being referred to Manipal Hospital Delhi India and consulting Doctor Anurag Saxena HOD and Consultant Department of Neurosurgery it was fount that she was suffering from a rare disease Moyamoya disease In this particular disease the blood supply of the brain starts to shrink The arteries which are supplying to brain starts to narrow down for the reasons and eventually it leads to diminution of blood supply which leads to multiple strokes and if left untreated this disease is fatal The surgery went very well and she withstood the surgery very well she was discharged within 2 to 3 days of the surgery
