Story of Mr Lucas Otieno Ondong from Kenya came to Indraprastha Apollo Hospital New Delhi problem was Severe Gastroesophageal Reflux and for which Undergone evaluation and Subsequent surgical procedure to treat the reflux in Kenya 2021 However after the surgery his symptoms worsen and he was unable to proper intake of food and repeated episode of vomiting He underwent more test in Kenya after evaluation He underwent two more procedure Unfortunately his symptoms is persisted He continue to have filling food had got stuck in chest and few hours after meals he would have vomiting After discuss with all the options with Doctor Vivek Tondon and Doctor Deepak Govil Senior consultant Surgical Gastroenterologist and then took the decision that should operate this patient and decided proceed with open surgery after counselling with patient He underwent successful Gastrojejunostomy and Feeding Jejunostomy fortunately he tolerate surgery well Post operation within one week he was discharge and did very well
