A brain aneurysm also known as a cerebral aneurysm or intracranial aneurysm is a bulging, weakened area in the wall of a blood vessel in the brain. Coil and flow diverter stenting for brain aneurysms in the internal carotid artery (ICA) is a minimally invasive procedure performed to treat brain aneurysms that may be at risk of rupturing.
