The cost of 3 piece penile implant in Delhi for international patients is 12,000 USD (Approx) & Hospital stay will be 3-4 days; Total stay in India will be 22-24 days. Cost for Indian patients is between 900000 INR (Approx). 3 piece penile implant (Inflatable) means that the implant has three pieces. The three pieces means one is the reservoir. It is a water reservoir which is placed inside the abdomen which holds the water. Then there is a pump which is a touch pump, which has it inflation or deflation mechanism.
