Dr Krithika Murugan top surgical oncologist in Bangalore is an experienced oncosurgeon with a specialised interest in breast and oncoplastic surgery. She has been associated with HCG for the last 10 years and has performed more than 8000 oncosurgeries so far. Dr. Krithika primarily focuses on breast cancer as her specialist interest spanning across breast conservation, oncoplasty, reconstruction (including nipple reconstruction), use of genomics in breast cancer management and tumour microenvironment of breast cancer. She is actively involved in research projects centred on breast cancer. Currently, she is involved in investigating the role of minimally invasive surgery, including robotic surgery, in the treatment of breast cancer.
